Cancellations & Refunds

Only cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period or for missed appointments, as therapists reserve time exclusively for booked clients
They will be processed within 3 to 4 business days
Clients are encouraged to reschedule well in advance in case of unforeseen events to ensure continuity of treatment and avoid missed sessions

Missed Sessions: It's important to note that missed sessions are chargeable to respect the therapist's time and commitment.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 to 4 business days through the payment method used for the booking
Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
